Peanut Butter 'Dilla

If you read the post on how to make Whole Wheat Tortillas and you now have a large batch  sitting in your kitchen you may now be wondering... what now? 

Don't worry, I'm here to help :)

This peanut butter and banana 'dilla is super easy and can be made in less than 5 minutes.

First mash half of a banana in a bowl with a fork.



If the tortilla had been in the refrigerator, microwave it for a few seconds to warm it up. Not only will it be more delicious but it helps make it a little bit softer. Then spread some peanut butter on the tortilla 

Spread the mashed banana over the peanut butter, fold in half, and cut into little triangles. Lunch is done! Warm tortilla, smooth creamy peanut butter, and sweet bananas... Delicious!
